Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal agreement between the tbjee platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "player", "member"). These Terms apply to the tbjee website, mobile version, and all related services.

• "Platform" — tbjee's website, software, and all gaming services provided.

If any person fraudulently conceals their age to open an account, that account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on tbjee, you must provide accurate personal information. Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and account secure. tbjee requests that you:

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Always sign out after using a public or shared device.
• Notify support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

tbjee will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Updating Information

If your contact details or payment information changes, please update it through your account settings or via support. tbjee is not responsible for payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

Payments & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

tbjee only accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus conditions remain incomplete.
• Additional verification may be required if unusual activity is suspected.

tbjee reserves the right to hold or cancel transactions suspected of fraud or money laundering.

4.3 Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails due to the mobile banking network, notify support within 24 hours. Keep a screenshot or reference number of the transaction as proof.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tbjee receive a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• tbjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• If misuse of a promotion is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.4 VIP Programme

tbjee's VIP programme has 4 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Players can be promoted to higher tiers based on their participation and activity. Full cashback terms are available through support.

Fair Play & Security

tbjee is committed to fair play. All financial and personal data on our platform is protected using SSL encryption.

Game outcomes are impartial and statistically determined. No game result is pre-set or manipulated. tbjee reserves the right to void a game result if required due to a technical error or abnormal circumstances.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbjee platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Misusing bonus terms or placing coordinated bets ("matched betting").
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Misconduct or threats toward other players or staff.
• Allowing a third party to use your account.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, and the balance may be forfeited.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by tbjee

tbjee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering is detected.
• Due to legal obligations.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time through support. Please withdraw any remaining real money balance before closing your account.

Responsible Gaming
